Can I try CX Pulse for free?

How does the pay-as-you-go model work?
With Pro, you buy response packs starting at ₹500 for 500 responses. Larger packs offer better value — ₹1,000 for 1,000 responses, ₹2,000 for 2,500 responses, or ₹3,500 for 5,000 responses (30% savings). No monthly subscription — just top up when you need more. Unused credits never expire.
What counts as a response?
A response is counted when a respondent starts filling out your form. Both completed and in-progress responses count toward your limit. Abandoned responses that have no answers submitted are not counted.
Is AI included in the Free plan?
Yes! AI follow-up conversations, AI survey generation, and sentiment analysis are all available on the Free plan. The Pro plan offers advanced AI with deeper conversation depth and priority processing.
What happens if I use all my responses?
Your forms will pause until you top up with a new response pack. Existing data is never deleted. You can purchase additional response packs at any time to resume collecting feedback.
Do credits expire?
No! Unlike subscription models, your purchased credits never expire. Use them at your own pace — whether that takes a week or a year.
Can I switch between plans?
You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time by purchasing a response pack. Enterprise customers can contact us for custom unlimited plans.
What is the early bird offer?
For a limited time, all Pro response packs are available at 25% off. That means you get the same number of responses for less — for example, 500 responses for ₹375 instead of ₹500, or 5,000 responses for ₹2,625 instead of ₹3,500.
